Practice (or gain) spinning skills and explore wool preparation. Blend colours and produce rolags for making art yarns. Use a hackle and diz, explore their capabilities, and use a blending board to layer colours and make rolags for spinning. Attendees can expect to be able to learn how to prepare boucle yarn and experiment with creating decorative art yarn with slubs and pigtails. Also, learn to incorporate natural locks for decoration into your yarns.
