Tuition Fees
KACC is a non-profit organisation that keeps class and workshop fees as low as possible while covering actual tuition, administrative, and overhead costs. Tuition fees vary according to the tutor’s hourlyrate of pay, the hours the Centre is booked for the class, and the minimum number of participants required to break even. In addition to tuition fees, some tutors provide materials, while participants provide their own materials in other classes. A separate materials fee is charged accordingly.
Registration
Members and non-members can book and pay for a course in person at the Office, or by telephone ( 04 476- 68917) Monday to Thursday, 9.30 am – 5 pm, or online through the website at any time. (Members receive a 20% discount.)
Payments must be completed before the start date of the course or workshop.Cancellations
KACC is reluctant to cancel advertised classes but may do so if the minimum number of participants is not reached, the tutor is unexpectedly unavailable, or in response to situations beyond the Centre’s control
If the minimum number of participants has not been reached 7 days before the course, KACC reserves the right to cancel the course. This allows time for tutors and registrants to be notified.Refunds & Credits
If a course has been cancelled, students will receive a full refund or credit for a future course.
Students who withdraw at least 7 days before the start of any course may transfer their payment to another class or seek a refund.
