Linocut with Chine Collé - with Jude Gordon
$115.00 - $137.00
6:30 pm to 8:30 pm
21 July to 11 August
4-week class
Take your printmaking to the next level by combining the bold, expressive marks of linocut with the delicate beauty of chine collé. The chine collé technique layers fine decorative papers onto your print to add colour, texture, and depth.
Over four sessions, develop an original linocut design from initial drawing through to finished print. Along the way, explore mark-making, learn to transfer a design onto a lino block, cut a block, and print the final edition. Using the chine collé technique results in prints that are both striking and unique.
No previous printmaking experience is necessary.
