A classic way to learn a range of skills in patchwork and quilting is to make a sampler quilt. “You buildskills while you build quilt blocks.” This course is designed to help develop those skills over a series 3 hour lessons. This session is the equivalent of week one of the series held on the 3rd Sunday each month alongside the Casual Stitchers. You will have a number of blocks that can be put together to make a quilt. Alternatively blocks can be made into cushion covers, or a quilted bag if you prefer a smaller project. bring your own materials.
