Join us to appreciate the work completed by our community of artists in the last year. Vote for the People's Choice Award where the most popular artwork earns that artist a free membership for 2020. It will be interesting to see if artworks reflect the lockdown phase during which many of us painted at home. Timing has been switched so that our local community and wider Wellington based artlovers may attend.
If you are looking to purchase an original art work there is a wide range to choose from at affordable rates. Purchases can be collected from Sunday afternoon when the exhibition has ended.You can also view the artworks awarded: Best Contemporary Artwork, Best Traditional Artwork, Best Drawing or Print and Best Photograph.
Perhaps exploring painting, drawing, printmaking, photography and calligraphy has been a hobby you are interested in beginning or developing further, we have a wide range of classes, untutored groups and workshops that can help with that.

Craft and Quilt Sale 2020
Friday 6 until Sunday 8 November daily from 11am until 5pm
Our craft sale is a very popular annual event. There is an extensive range of well-made and fairly priced goods that make excellent Christmas presents or a small treat for yourself.
There are some beautiful quilts on offer though they are more expensive as they take many hours of work, with intricate piecing and stitching of quality materials. They do make a beautiful special gift that will last for many years, some have become valuable family heirlooms.
With the wide range of goods available this exhibition and sale you take the goods immediately once payment has been made. We have an EFTPOS machine though cannot accept credit cards, only debit cards.
A quilt recently completed by Maria-Champion Forster, pinned up at the centre following our re-opening in May 2020.

Purchases and Enrolments
All purchases and enrolments on our website www.kacc.org.nz are subject to confirmation from Karori Arts and Crafts. You will receive an email confirming completion of your order or purchase. Once this confirmation is received any cancelations and refunds will be as specified by our Refund policy below.
All prices on our website are in New Zealand dollars and include GST if applicable.
No classes or workshops are held on public holidays.
Payments can be made by deposit into our bank account specified in our email to the address provided by you when ordering. Payments are required within 48 hours. Any payments not received within this time may result in your order being cancelled.
Creditcard payments may also be made through a secure payment process on our website.
When payment has been received we will send you an email confirming your purchase.
A full refund or credit of classes and workshop fees paid will be offered if KACC cancels any workshop or class prior to the start date. You will be notified of any such refunds at least 48 hours prior to the start date.
If a participant has to cancel due to an emergency you can apply to us for a refund or credit. This needs to be received within 7 days of scheduled start date. These are considered on an individual basis.

All copyright, trade marks, design rights, photography and other intellectual property rights (registered and unregistered) on this website is the property of Karori Arts and Crafts and/or third parties who have given permission to us for use of this property.
